If you have a chance to visit France don't hesitate. The Ladies' Castle, above the river, is gorgeous, inside and outside; furnishing, marble black and white in the Grand Hall, gilded mirrors, and the landscaping is incredible. They knew how to live. BTW I finished reading Storm's Interlude and enjoyed it a lot. I'll make time to write a review.Mona Riskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14923883333893160794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5027106411642785964.post-43088529235266556692011-11-17T10:15:23.279-06:002011-11-17T10:15:23.279-06:00Hi Nancy, Paris is still Paris, no matter what hap...Hi Nancy, Paris is still Paris, no matter what happened in the rest of Europe. The last time I've been there was in 2007, passing by on my way back from Swtzerland. In 2005 and 2000, I spent a week each time. I have several long-time friends who live there. When I go to Paris, I take good shoes, because we walk so much, and go up and down the stairs to the metros all day long. At the end of the day, my poor feet are a mess.Mona Riskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14923883333893160794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5027106411642785964.post-58244581564360030122011-11-17T10:08:11.697-06:002011-11-17T10:08:11.697-06:00AJ, thank you for hosting me.
